Applications for tickets for the London 2012 Games can be made from today. To help with your selections, you can pick up the Official London 2012 Olympic Games Ticketing Gude at Lloyds TSB branches.
Lloyds TSB is an Official Partner of London 2012 and as such it will be the exclusive outlet for the Olympic Games Ticketing Guide.
Alternatively you can go online and download and print the competition and schedule and ticket prices.
You can submit your application for tickets from today, 15 March until 23:59 on 26 April 2011. There is no advantage to submitting your application on the first day or the last day.
The ticket application process is simple. That said you can only submit one application per email address and there are ticket limits per session. A ballot process will be used for sessions where demand outstrips supply.
You can select a maximum of 20 sessions to apply for tickets for per application.
Payment online can only be made with a Visa card (either debit, credit or a prepaid card). If you don’t already have a Visa card then either your bank can help or alternatively getting a prepaid Visa card is a quick and easy option.
If you want to apply via paper rather than online, you can do so using the paper application held within the Ticketing Guide available at Lloyds TSB branches.
Make sure you are not fooled by bogus websites or caught by ticket touts for your tickets – only use the official channels.
