Three mobile gives free access to Twitter in February and March

Three mobile is giving its mobile phone customers free access to Twitter during February and March.

All 3 mobile phone customers will be treated to completely free Twitter access during February and March, according to the latest information from the company. Whether you’re using Twitter’s mobile site, or taking advantage of a special integrated mobile app on phones like the INQ Mini 3G, INQ Chat 3G and the Sony Ericsson T715, tweeting messages and pictures will be completely free of charge.

In addition, those with an Internet add-on can use Twitter without using any of their monthly Internet allowance.

Charlotte Blanchard, Director of Products and Services at 3, said; “We want to make the Internet as easy and affordable to use on your mobile as on your PC. Our 3G network is built for services just like Twitter, so throughout February and March we’re encouraging our customers to give it a try.”

This offer from 3 is the latest in a series of special deals from mobile phone operators. Vodafone, for example, recently announced a number of excellent deals on the Nokia 5230 and Samsung Genio Slide phones.
