Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) is set to launch new fixed rate mortgages and offset mortgages, starting at 3.59%.
The new mortgages will be available from tomorrow, 14 April.
The new range will consist of 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate mortgages and offset mortgages.
As being seen with new products from other mortgage providers, YBS are offering good deals on higher LTV products, up to 85% LTV, as well as the lower 60% LTV.
Some will find it particularly good news that YBS are reducing the upfront fees from £495 to £245. There’s also the offer of £250 cash back in certain circumstances.
Head of Mortgage and Savings at YBS, Chris Edwards, said ”We offer a comprehensive choice of mortgages with rates, fess and deposit levels to suit different circumstances, meaning borrowers choosing the Yorkshire for their mortgage will be able to tailor their loan to suit their individual needs.’
The new range of mortgages is available to house buyers and those remortgaging.
