UK broadband users are not taking advantage of broadband bundles to save money.

Broadband bundlesAccording to research by BroadbandChoices.co.uk, nearly a third of UK broadband users are not bundling their broadband service with their home phone or digital TV.

If they did they could save money.

MoneyHighStreet recently reviewed broadband bundles which you might find useful.

BT, Sky, Tiscali and Virgin Media are the 4 main service providers offering broadband bundles, including phone and digital TV as well as broadband.

Check out the latest broadband bundle deals to see what’s available that suits your needs.

Each provider has its specific strengths and seeks to promote these as the primary driver for opting for a broadband bundle from them.

It is therefore important to consider a bundle that really does meet your needs.

As BroadbandChoices points out, make sure you consider:

  • TV channels – which channels do you want – which are included, which do you have to pay for?
  • Broadband speed – do you need high speed, high usage or both?
  • Home phone – do you make most calls during the evening, at the weekend or during the working day?
  • Functionality – high definition TV, video on demand and digital video recording are now offered by Sky, Virgin Media and Tiscali. Do you need these?

It’s also worth comparing your current deal with what’s now available to make sure you do get the best to meet your needs.
