The Tesco Clubcard Credit Card now has an extended period of 0% interest on purchases, up from 6 to 12 months.

This offer is available for new customers and is effective from the date the credit card account is opened.

The Tesco credit card has a very competitive balance transfer of only 2%.

There’s 0% interest on the balance transfer for 6 months.

The typical annual percentage rate (APR) is 16.9% which again is competitive.

Overall it seems that Tesco are seeking to capture some more of the credit card market with an attractive. competitive offering.

There are other competitive credit cards though to consider, including the Virgin credit card which offers a typical 16.6% APR and 0% on balance transfers for 16 months.
