New travel website from MasterCard

MasterCard has created a new travel website which has guides and money-saving offers for the top 10 most popular holiday destinations visited by MasterCard credit card holders.

The site has destination guides from travel publisher Lonely Planet – for example guides for Dubai, Italy, Spain and New York.

There are also special discounts negotiated by MasterCard to help get the most from holidays.

For example, currently, subject to certain conditions, by booking using your MasterCard you can get up to £500 off Virgin Holidays and up to 50% off selected Haven holidays.

Wherever you travel or holiday, don’t forget to consider your holiday travel money and travel insurance needs.

For holiday travel money, prepaid currency cards are becoming increasingly popular.
