Mortgages with no upfront costs from Abbey

Abbey has launched a range of new Homebuyer Plus mortgages which don’t have upfront costs helping customers to save as much as £1,650.
The new Homebuyer Plus mortgages are available via mortgage intermediaries as include
- 2 year tracker mortgage at 75% LTV – 3.29%
- 2 year fixed rate mortgage at 70% LTV – 3.99%
- 2 year fixed rate mortgage at 80% LTV – 5.79%
- 3 year fixed rate mortgage at 85% LTV – 5.99%
Whilst mortgage products have a £995 booking, customers taking advantage of the Homebuyer Plus mortgages will not have to pay for a valuation or their legal costs as they purchase their new home – saving as much as £1,650.

Abbey is also introducing fee-free 75% LTV 4 year fixed mortgages for both house purchase and remortgages.
The rates on its 5 year fixed mortgages with 75% LTV are also being reduced.
