E.ON has today launched a new online energy plan, called SaveOnline, their cheapest online energy product.
The new SaveOnline energy plan is available to new and existing dual fuel or electricity customers.
For dual fuel customers, using SaveOnline from E.ON would give an average annual bill of £1,017.
This makes E.ON the second cheapest energy supplier, just behind EDF.
That said, the cheapest EDF energy plan is not available in all energy regions.
SaveOnline is an online account, meaning customers must pay by monthly Direct Debit and manage their account online and have paperless bills.
You can compare energy plans across the different suppliers using a comparison website such as uSwitch.com or moneysupermarket.com.
Particularly if your fixed energy deal is ending you may be wondering what next. With energy prices hotting up it will certainly pay you to be proactive and consider your options.
