EDF Online v5 now available in 10 UK energy regions

The EDF Energy Online v5 energy deal is now available in 10 out of 14 energy regions but if you want to take advantage of it then it could be a case of the sooner the better.

The EDF Energy Online v5 deal has taken the top spot from the WebSaver 3 deal from British Gas.
With a number of customers soon to be coming off fixed rate energy deals, the EDF Energy offer could be one to consider.
The EDF Energy website has all the details and their latest deals.
As Scott Byron, manager of utilities at moneysupermarket.com, comments ‘Fixed deals were in vogue last year as a record price increases were announced – 70 per cent of moneysupermarket.com customers who swapped provider in July 2008 chose a fixed energy tariff saving themselves on average £134.50 a year against sharply rising prices.’
It might be time to compare energy deals using a comparison website such as moneysupermarket.com or uSwitch.com.

It was suggested by EDF (my previous supplier) that they could offer me Version 5 online.
I have searched for two nights ot get some sort of account preview with the chance of joining but am unable to find V5.
Can someone please send me some instructions
Thank you

Thanks for your comments. Yes on the EDF website there is ref to v4 but not v5. Having had a look around I have seen reference to the EDF v5 tariff on energy comparison sites. It is only available in selected regions – have you tried a comparison site to see if it comes up as cheapest in your area? Here’s a link to Confused.com that might help.
