BT Openzone will provide wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) at key UK holiday and leisure parks – including Camping and Caravanning Club sites, Pontin’s and selected other sites.

Wi-Fi broadbandBT is working with Wicoms to deliver the Wi-Fi access – it comes at a great time with so many Brits taking a ‘staycation’ this Summer.

It means even if the UK weather doesn’t come up to scratch, particularly as there’s a Bank Holiday coming up, then those on holiday have a fall back and can use the internet to surf, game and make VoIP calls.

The service is inclusive for BT broadband customers with inclusive BT FON Wi-Fi minutes, BT Openzone subscribers, plus O2 iPhone and mobile broadband users with inclusive Wi-Fi minutes in their contracts.

You can check out the latest mobile broadband deals from BT on the BT website.

Customers can also connect via Wi-Fi hotspots in a number of other locations, including BAA airports, Cafe Nero and Starbucks coffee stores and Thistle Ramada Jarvis hotels.
