It was found to be my fault but in the accident I suffered very bad back injuries. I noticed that I had Personal Injury Cover included in my Policy so asked about how I could claim compensation for my injuries. I was told that because the accident had been found to have been my fault that I could not claim from this policy. I have read through all the Terms and Conditions and no where does it say that if the accident is your fault, you can't claim for compensation. This seems to be a quick money maker for Elephant and my Solicitors are looking forward to taking Elephant through the courts. Stay away from this company.
