		<description>im exactly the same, single mum, work part time, have a mortgage,  2 kids and for the last 3 years ive been considering a tummy tuck, ive seen a cosmetic surgeon and he said i would get fab results from tummy tuck + lipo but at £6,495, i could at a push get a loan but do i really want to strugle money wise for the next 5 years?? shouldnt i be spending my spare money on the kids, after all aint they the important ones now??? and what if anything went wrong in surgery?? im so torn aaarrrrgggghhhhh.....</description>
