The Platinum Credit card has a 17.9% APR typical (variable)

It also includes

• 0% balance transfers for 12 months (3% handling fee)
• 0% money transfers for 12 months (4% handling fee) and
• 0% card purchases for 3 months from the date the account is opened.

There are a number of different rewards cards on the market, from cashback to airmiles to such as AA points, you need to consider your needs and which you’ll get the best benefit from.

If you are not able to pay off your balance then opting for a credit card that doesn’t offer rewards but does offer a lower interest rate may be the best option – of course the actual interest rate you will be charged will be based on your credit score.
